WSC Teams Travel To Roanoke Star SC For VCCL League Games

6 team traveled together

 

This past weekend 6 WSC teams traveled to Roanoke , Virginia to compete in their first Virginia Club Champions League games of the season. On the girls side of the program the U12 ’93 Phoenix , U13 ’92 Phoenix and the U14 ’91 Phoenix traveled and on the boys side the U12 ’93 Wizards, U13 ’92 Wizards and the U14 ’91 Wizards were in attendance. The teams traveled to Roanoke on two Oleta Coach Lines buses, the major sponsor of the WSC senior team the Williamsburg Legacy, accompanied by their coaches and 12 chaperones. The teams enjoyed DVD movies, lunch and dinner during the trip. All six games were very competitive with Roanoke coming out on top in 5 contests with the U14 ’91 wizards getting a 2-2 draw.
