U14 '91 Williamsburg United Reach Finals At Chesterfield Tournament

Team goes 2-2-2 on route to the finals

 

The WSC U-14 United Premier won their first game on Saturday by a score of 5-0 against the Richmond Kickers North, but lost the second game 3-2 against Chesterfield United South. A 4-2 win against SOCA Metro on Sunday morning set-up a rematch with Chesterfield United South in the championship game. The United led 1-0 most of the game until a penalty kick for Chesterfield late in the second half tied it and sent it into overtime. Chesterfield then scored from a corner kick in the first overtime period to win the championship 2-1.
