Williamsburg Soccer Club Boys Feature Prominently At CASL Shootout

U16, 17 and 18 Wizards Competed

 

The Williamsburg Soccer Club had a successful weekend at the prestigious CASL Shootout in Raleigh North Carolina this past weekend. The Shootout is one of the top five showcase in the nation for college coaches to recruit at. There were over 100 coaches on hand to see youth players. The U16 ‘89 Wizards ended up top of their group with a 2-1-0 record but failed to qualify for the final due to letting in one more goal than Ohio Elite.  The U17 ‘88 Wizards were 2-0-0 scoring 14 goals in their two games and the U18 ’87 Wizards lost both their games in close contests. The results were as follows:
