Two boys selected to Virginia State Pools

 

Two players from the Williamsburg Soccer Club were recently selected to the Virginia Sate Pools in their respective age groups. On the boys side of the program Michael Scruggs was selected to the 1989 team. He is coached by Johnny Kamara and plays for the ’88 WSC Wizards. Zach Harris was selected for the 1993 team. He is also coached by Johnny Kamara and plays for the ’90 WSC Wizards. “This is a nice achievement for both of these boys. They thoroughly deserve it. The two of them can’t get enough soccer. They are constantly involved in soccer related activities even outside of their own teams. Whether it is playing or training within our club they seem to be at our training facilities all of the time.
