Erica and John Tarley are selected to Virginia Olympic Development Program Teams

 

Erica and John Tarley were today named to Virginia Olympic Development Program Teams by the Virginia Youth Soccer Association. Erica Tarley has been with the Williamsburg Soccer Club (WSC) since she was four years old and is presently playing for Danny Salmon on the U13 ’91 Phoenix Elite team within the club. Erica will play with the ’92 Virginia State team. John Tarley currently plays for the U15 ‘’89 Wizards Elite team. He is coached by Steve Shaw who is also the head coach at CNU. John will represent the ’90 Virginia State team. He has also been with our program since age four. “This is a tremendous achievement by these two players. They are constantly looking for extra soccer activities and training. This has been ongoing since they were younger. They have worked very hard to achieve this honor and thoroughly deserve it”, commented Richard Butler, Director of Coaching for the WSC.
