Avaya

To Set Time on Avaya ACS phones:

  1. Go to Station 10 or 11
  2. Leave the phone on the hook!
  3. Press the Feature Button Dial 0 0 (Display should read "Program Extension")
  4. Press far left-hand Intercom button two (2) times (Display should read "System Program")
  5. Dial "#103" (Display should read "System Time" + "Data and current time")
  6. Enter “military time” (24-hour clock)for example, (9 a.m. =0900; 1 p.m. = 1300; 4 p.m. = 1600)
  7. Press the Feature Button Dial 0 0 (Display should read correct time and date.
  8. This will exit programming and put your phone back into normal operation.)
  9. Finished!

To Set Date on Avaya ACS phones:

  1. Go to Station 10 or 11
  2. Leave the phone on the hook!
  3. Press the Feature Button
  4. Dial 0 0 (Display should read "Program Extension")
  5. Press far left-hand Intercom button two (2) times (Display should read "System Program")
  6. Dial "#101" (Display should read "System Date" + "Data and current date")
  7. Enter the date in the format of MM DD YY. (FOR EXAMPLE, 1/12/04 = "011204" and this would equal January 12, 2004).
  8. Press the Feature Button
  9. Dial 0 0 (Display should read correct time and date. This will exit programming and put your phone back into normal operation.)
  10. Finished!

Comdial

To Set Time on Comdial FXII digital phones:

  1. Go to Station 10
  2. Leave the phone on the hook!
  3. Press the Intercom Button (Usually Blue in color)
  4. Dial * # 0 *01
  5. Enter the date in the format of YY MM DD. (FOR EXAMPLE, 1/12/03 = "030112" and this would equal January 12, 2003) THEN, AT THE same time, AND ON THE SAME LINE, ENTER “military time” (24-hour clock)for example, (9 a.m. =0900; 1 p.m. = 1300; 4 p.m. = 1600)
  6. Press #
  7. Press Speaker
  8. Finished!

To Set Date and Time on Comdial DSU/DSUII digital phones:

  1. Go to Station 10
  2. Leave the phone on the hook!
  3. Press the Intercom Button (Usually Blue in color)
  4. Dial * # 0 1
  5. Enter the date in the format of YY MM DD. (FOR EXAMPLE, 1/12/03 = "030112" and this would equal January 12, 2003) THEN, AT THE same time, AND ON THE SAME LINE, ENTER “military time” (24-hour clock)for example, (9 a.m. =0900; 1 p.m. = 1300; 4 p.m. = 1600)
  6. Press #
  7. Press Speaker
  8. Finished!

To Turn Night Mode "On" and "Off" on Comdial digital phones:

  1. Go to Station 10
  2. Leave the phone on the hook!
  3. Press the Intercom Button (Usually Blue in color)
  4. Dial * # 0 3
  5. Press "1" to put into Night Mode" or Press to put into Day Mode.
  6. Press Speaker
  7. Finished!

To Set Speed Dial and / or Transfer Dial on Comdial digital phones - (This will transfer a call to Voice Mail, a Car Phone, or anywhere else!):

  1. Leave the phone on the hook!
  2. Press “Options” and “Next” to reach your choice - - ADIAL (For Buttons) or SDIAL (For Dial Pad Keys)
  3. Select “Adial” or “Sdial”
  4. At “Location” Prompt = Press Desired Button or Dial Pad Key
  5. At “Line” Prompt = Select “0” (For any available line).
  6. At “Number” Prompt = Press “Tap”, “Hold” and then dial the phone number as you would normally dial it, then press #.
  7. Select “Save”
  8. Press "Speaker"
  9. Finished!

To Check and / or Set Baud Rate on Comdial digital phones:

  1. Leave the phone on the hook!
  2. Press "Intercom * # 746 * 15 1 (View Port & Baud) Press "Intercom * # 746 * 15 1 06 (Sets Baud to 2.4kb) Press Speaker Finished!

To Set Up Voice Mail & Other Buttons on Comdial digital phones:

  1. Leave the phone on the hook!
  2. Press "Intercom * * 1 - Then, For:
  3. Voice Mail: Press 6 + 1st V.M. ATI-D Port.
  4. Nite: Press desired button Intercom * # 03.
  5. Page: Press desired button, dial Intercom 87.
  6. Press T/C
  7. Press Speaker
  8. Finished!

Mitel

To Set Time on Mitel digital PBX phones:

  1. Go to Attendant Super Console 1000
  2. Leave the phone on the hook!
  3. Press the Function Button
  4. Press the softkey under "ATT Function" (F 2 key)
  5. Press the softkey under "Set Time" (F 2 key)
  6. Display should say, "Enter Time (HH:MM)="
  7. Enter “military time” (24-hour clock)for example, (9 a.m. =0900; 1 p.m. = 1300; 4 p.m. = 1600)
  8. Press the softkey under "Set" (F 2 key)
  9. Finished!

To Set Date on Mitel digital PBX phones:

  1. Go to Attendant Super Console 1000
  2. Leave the phone on the hook!
  3. Press the Function Button
  4. Press the softkey under "ATT Function" (F 2 key)
  5. Press the softkey under "Set Date" (F 3 key)
  6. Display should say, "Enter Date (DD/MM/YY)="
  7. 5. Enter the date in the format of DD / MM / YY. (FOR EXAMPLE, 1/12/04 = "120104" and this would equal January 12, 2004)
  8. Press the softkey under "Set" (F 2 key)
  9. Finished!

To Set Time on Trillium Panther P II telephones:

  1. Go to Station 10
  2. Leave the phone on the hook!
  3. Press the "Program Button"
  4. Dial 0 7
  5. Enter “military time” (24-hour clock)(9 a.m. =0900; 1 p.m. = 1300; 4 p.m. = 1600)
  6. Press "*" 7.
  7. Finished!
